1. Terms and Definitions

   1. The Administration - Brusnika LLC (Tax ID 5408025988, TRRC 540801001, PSRN 1195476089380, address: 23, Musa Dzhalil Street, Novosibirsk) is the sole owner of the Site on the basis of private ownership and provides organizational, financial and technical support for the existence and functioning of the Site. Only the Administration ensures uninterrupted functioning of the Site and twenty-four-hour free access to all its visitors.

   2. The Website - an online resource with the following domain - https://rocketprofit.com, under the organizational management and belonging to the Administration, on the terms of private ownership.

   3. The User - a private entity of legal age, capable of acquiring civil rights and independently exercising them, as well as the ability to take on civil obligations for themself, independently adhere to them and be responsible for their non-performance, who has visited the Site for information purposes, uses the Site or Services on the Site.

   4. Personal information of the User is:

      1. personal information that the user provides about themself when registering (creating an account) or in the process of using the Services, including the user's personal data. Information which is obligatory for providing Services (rendering services) is marked in a special way. Other information is provided by the User at their own discretion;

      2. the data which are automatically transmitted to the Services and the Website while using them by the software installed on the User's device, including the IP address, cookie information, information about the User's browser (or any other program with which the User accesses the Services), access time, the address of the requested page;

      3. other information about the User if its collection and/or delivery is defined in the governing documents of certain Services.

2. General provisions

   1. This Policy applies only to the Services available on the Site and to the Site as a whole.

   2. The Administration has no control over and is not responsible for 3rd party websites, which the User can access through the links available on the Site.

   3. The Administration does not verify the accuracy of personal information provided by Users and does not verify their legal capacity. However, we assume that the User provides accurate and sufficient personal information required in the registration form, and keeps this information up to date. The risk of providing inaccurate information is borne by the User who provided it.

3. The purpose of collecting and processing of personal information of Users

   1. The Administration collects and stores only the personal data, which is necessary for providing its Services and maintaining the proper operation of the Website.

   2. The Administration may use the User's personal information for the following purposes:

      1. for communication with the User, including sending notices, requests and information regarding the use of the Services and the Site, as well as processing requests and applications from the User;

4. Terms of processing of personal information of the User and its transfer to third parties

   2. The Administration processes personal data of Users on the basis of consent of such User that put the “√” mark in the corresponding field of the registration form.

   3. The Administration will not knowingly collect, use or disclose personal data of persons under the age of 18, without the prior consent of the persons, performing parental duties in relation to such Users (such as parents or guardians), through direct out-of-network contact.

   4. The Administration shall be entitled to transfer the User's personal information to third parties solely in the following cases:

      1. The User has expressed their consent to such actions;

      2. The transfer is necessary for the User's use of a particular Service, or for the provision of a service to the User;

      3. The transfer is stipulated by Russian or other applicable laws within the procedure established by law.

5. Measures used to protect personal information of Users

   1. The Administration takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect Users' personal information from illegal or accidental access, destruction, change, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions third parties might perform with it.

   2. Please note, however, that the Administration cannot guarantee the confidentiality of data under any circumstances and forever, given the limits of security systems. Nevertheless, the Administration strives to update the security system in order not to violate the confidentiality.

6. Retention period of User's personal information

   1. The Administration shall retain the User's personal information for the records of the Administration until the User requests its deletion pursuant to section 7 of this Policy.

7. User Rights

   1. The User may at any time change (update, add) or delete their personal information or part of it, as well as the privacy settings, by using the edit personal data feature in their “Profile”.

   2. The User may revoke any consent previously provided to the Administration, or object at any time, on legitimate grounds to the processing of their personal information. Data processed before the Administration receives the request may still be lawfully processed.

8. Making changes

   1. The Administration has the right to change this Policy, modify and adjust the terms of access or prohibit access to the Site, as well as change its content at any time without prior notice.
